WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Are you a SaaS Sales Hunter with a proven track record of closing new business? Do you excel in identifying and cultivating client relationships within the technology sector? If so, we want you on our team!
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly within the range of $50K - $300K/year deal sizes. Additionally, candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in the MarTech sector.
With our strategic expansion into fashion retail, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier brands looking to optimize their digital customer experiences.
Your expertise should be grounded in non-ERP solutions, including analytics, CRM, marketing automation, digital media publishing, or content marketing solutions. You should also be comfortable collaborating with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to drive lead generation strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and targeting potential clients within the assigned territory, with a particular focus on the fashion and retail industry.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor solution proposals accordingly.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Mapp Digital's AI-powered and data-driven SaaS solutions, with a focus on how our Dressipi acquisition strengthens our offering in fashion retail.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to refine sales tactics and support lead generation strategies.
- Utilize your social media and networking skills to expand your reach and establish valuable connections in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile and eCommerce fashion retail space.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- A solid background in SaaS Sales, particularly in the Mobile, Marketing Technology, or Retail Technology sectors.
- Experience selling MarTech solutions to fashion, apparel, or retail brands is a huge plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our solutions.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM or other platforms for sales pipeline management.
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new cloud applications and tools.
- A knack for connecting and networking via social media and other mediums.
- An up-to-date understanding of digital, AI-driven personalization, and application trends, with a specific focus on the mobile and eCommerce space.
- A demonstrated history of successfully navigating complex organizational structures, identifying key decision-makers, and understanding the decision-making process for significant SaaS investments.
- Bonus points for familiarity with ESP, CDP, or Customer Experience solutions.
